Standard Cancellation Policy:
- Free Cancellation Window: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in time.
- Late Cancellation:
- Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days of the scheduled check-in time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the entire stay (including applicable taxes and fees).
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 75% of the entire stay (including applicable taxes and fees).
- No-Show Policy: If the guest does not arrive and does not cancel, a cancellation fee equivalent to 75% of the entire stay (including applicable taxes and fees) will be charged.
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Bookings marked as non-refundable cannot be canceled or modified. The full booking amount will be charged at the time of reservation and will not be refunded in case of cancellation or no-show.
- Group Reservations (4 or more rooms):
- Group bookings must be canceled at least 7–14 days before the check-in date to avoid cancellation fees.
- Late cancellations may incur a charge of 50% to 100% of the total reservation amount, depending on the timing and terms agreed upon during booking.
- Early Departure: If a guest checks out before the reserved check-out date, an early departure fee may apply i.e., one night's room rate.
- Early Check-in / Late Departure: We can accommodate early check-in/late check-out up to 5 hours (before or after) for an additional charge (taxes & fees extra), subject to room availability. Any additional services are chargeable.
Rate Chart:- Double Occupancy: ₹1000
- Triple Occupancy: ₹1500
- Four Occupancy / Suites: ₹2000
- Special Promotions and Packages: Reservations made under promotional offers or packages may have different cancellation terms. Please refer to the offer details during booking.
